You can repurchase one-month access before expiry. The selected allowance and a new calendar month start after successful payment; previous minutes and remaining validity do not carry over. Switching to a monthly subscription carries unused minutes into the new period. Basic subscribers can upgrade to Pro with unused minutes carried over. One-month purchases are unavailable until an existing subscription ends.

Free minutes reset on the first of each month. A one-month purchase lasts one calendar month from payment; buying again resets the allowance and expiry without accumulating the old balance. Converting to a subscription or upgrading Basic to Pro brings the remaining allowance into the new paid period. After successful monthly renewal, a new allowance is issued and unused newly issued minutes from the previous period roll over.

Monthly subscriptions only: after successful renewal, unused newly issued minutes from the previous period roll over to the next subscription period and are used first. Rollover minutes expire at the end of that next period and cannot roll over again. For example, if you have 200 minutes left, you can use them first next period. Any unused rollover minutes expire at the following renewal; only unused minutes newly issued in the next period can roll over. Free plans, one-month purchases and gift cards are excluded. After cancellation, existing balances keep their respective expiry dates. Upgrading does not extend existing rollover expiry.

For all users, cloud audio is retained for six months from record creation, then automatically removed. Records, transcripts and summaries are retained long term and remain readable and exportable. Removed audio can no longer be played or downloaded from the cloud; local copies are unaffected. Back up important audio.

One-month purchases end automatically and need no cancellation. Cancel monthly renewal in Account Center; paid access lasts until the end of the current period, then returns to the free plan.
