Frequently asked questions
How long can each recording be?
Each analysis covers one audio or video file up to 10 minutes and 300 MiB, with a complete report.
What does the analysis report include?
Reports cover content, language, voice and audience connection, plus visible body language for video. Each speech stage includes feedback, replay timestamps, rewrites and practice suggestions. Audio-only reports do not assess visuals. Phoneme, pinyin and tone exam scoring are not included.
Do my credits expire?
Unused credits never expire. Pay once for your chosen pricing plan, with no automatic renewal.
How long are recordings and reports kept?
For all users, original audio and video files are retained for six months from upload, then automatically removed. Covers and analysis reports are retained long term. You can still read feedback, view your progress and save report images after expiry, but the original recording can no longer be played. Keep your own backup of important source files.
What happens if an analysis fails?
Failed analyses automatically return your credit. Reanalyzing a completed recording uses a new credit.
